I’ve spent the last decade playing defensive line at the highest levels of football with the Carolina Panthers, University of Michigan Wolverines, BC Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Then, one day, I realized that there was very little information on how become a great defensive lineman and that I needed to fill the void! Since then I’ve been creating products, tools and resources all to help D-Line coaches and players learn the art of D-Line play.
